2 things spring to mind ;

the "photo journalism report" of the area that is loads of pics in a powerpoint thing

and the Stalker game stuff - they did a LOAD of research for that down to right buildings and the pics are around somewhere

Vehicle Graveyard VWvortex Forums: Chernobyl vehicle graveyard. some hauntingly beautiful photos.
Most of the galleries I found where focusing on the kids born after the disaster, google image search needs too much information to weed out the parody stuff.

Did find Google Image Result for http://www.lindsayfincher.com/gallery/d/12851-2/chernobyl_abandoned_shipyard_6.jpg that. First image is chuckle worthy I thought.
