Now, when I was at school, that makes 4 hours 57 minutes that this thread was allowed to fester and infect this forum.

Do we have some form of SLA (Service Level Agreement) or OLA (Operation Level Agreement) between GAME and us "customers" of these servers that we should have to sufer these forms of posts for an unacceptable length of time.

I would request, nay DEMAND that TtD provides the following :

Personal Pager Number
Personal Mobil Phone Number
Home Phone Number
Home Address.

Which would then allow the more concientious followers in this forum to raise these types of threads to his attention.

As a start, I would expect at the MOST, 30 minutes turnaround between callout and rectification of the problem.

That sound reasonable ?
