Windows XP Home OEM around £55 or Windows XP Home Edition for £60 or maybe try Vista Home Premium 32 BIT OEM for £70. If you go hunting abroad you might get it cheaper again, in the US for example you can get Windows XP Home Edition SP3 for $90 (about £45-50). Probably cheaper again elsewhere.

Microsoft Windows XP Professional SP2 for $60 (£30-35) here for example, but then I never buy from a site that doesn't have a verifiable physical address.

If you're a student, get in touch with your Uni, they might have OEM software for cheapies.

Cheers Georgie. I'm still at college like, but I'll have a word with them when I get back.

Anyone had any experiences with Newegg.com btw? Hmm nvm, apparantly they only 'cater' to USA and China.
