I used to have an asus PW5Dsomething mobo which had plenty of flexibility for clocking.... depends on your other components, I would say.

Depends how cheap you'd really want, something like a gigabyte p35-ds3 motherboard will do you well for roughly £65, supports everything up to core2extreme's should you decide to upgrade the processor, has plenty of overclocking options and won't have issue with your cooler.
