Damm thought it wasnt going to cost me more than 5p tbh looking at the stats. According to allakhazam it drops off both Bisul and Chief Chrysostom. Probably do-able with necro and DI bot?

Probably, or a pair of ml9 sorcs

had one of those belts, put it on my CM for 6p since the stats wasent that great.
its sold now tho
the template looks great tho, especaly for the ammount of plats you will pay for it

I would try and use a PC'd off hand/ML10 wep/Champ wep for more haste, but they all make it difficult to cap TOA bonuses and i doubt i could get hold of ML10 wep.
