Cerb, where in the US? Sometimes (from my exp) it's better to book flights/hotels seperatley.

If you're looking with NYC, BA/Virgin and then "hotels in NYC for under £££"

I think you need to be more specific Cerb. Book in advance and be flexible on the dates you can travel and where you want to travel too. With the current market situation picking a carrier like BA or Virgin which you know to be fairly reliable (and if they screw up you will have someone to complain too) maybe a much better option than picking some low cost carrier.

Ok so yeah ill try to be a little clearer, going to washington, maybe boston not sure exactly which one yet, was looking for towards the end of the summer but im somewha flexible on the dates and im in Ireland so id have to fly from Shannon or Dublin i guess. cheers. Oh and im going to see someone so i most likely wont need accomidation.
