Char loading problems

My m8 cant load his thid chars

its not a NF prob ect coz he plays his scout + Friar with me

But when he loads his toon the screen just goes black, and stays that way untill you reset the PC

any idears?

out of interest on the login char page where is he logged?

probably has his chars logged in old Thidranki ...

He'll need to send a rightnow to get them moved to bindpoint.
