Changing leather for cloth, for heretics...

I think i read the patch notes where it said that you could change leather armor for cloth armor that works for the tic... but i forgot whic patch note or where.

Anyone have a clue ?

if you mean the clothing given for the starter quests, you hand each item to your trainer
