Has anyone had a go at BT Vision?

GF's dad is a BT engineer so gets all that stuff silly cheap and every time I'm there I play with that. The on demand service is quite good. I've seen a few shows on there which actually shocked me (Last week they had both series of Eureka, which made me smile) and tend to have some of the older (Red Dwarf etc) stuff on there a lot of the time.

My BT contract runs out around Christmas (=/) so I'm going to see what they'll offer. I was actually considering Sky till I read this thread too.. Hope BT do some HD changes over the next few months to sway me, as I've never had an issue (or complains from them) with their net service.

*use to be a sky customer, till I got sick of repeats.
** Freeview is shit.
*** BT OnDemand is probably my favourite toys atm (Miss Congeniality for £1? Yes please ;))

ofc they will go up, they are a business, they exist to make money. A couple of quid more (assuming you really need all the channels) isn't going to make people cancel their service. Reassess the channels you use and you could actually pay less.

I have one channel pack and sky sports. I can't drop anything as I need the channel pack for the shows I want, and sky sports for football.
