i always wondered how many english influence there is on the german servers refering the game...
do you say aggro, pull, leech, nuke, slam, stick, gratz and things like that?

and there must be shitloads of other acronyms for normal chatting as well like wb, afk, tbh, roflmao, afaik, stfu and so on :clap:

What does afaik mean again? I forgot!

Oh and some advice on client versions - if you still want to play on the German servers from time to time and you have a bit of hard drive space I recommend copying your entire daoc (or shrouded isles) folder and having two seperate installs - one in English and one in German - saves you having to fiddle round with everything each time you switch server.

this it what i did ;)

have 2 copies of daoc on my hd :p
one with the english patch and another one with the german one..

oncluding all hints for using the patch correctly (lang.. etc)
