So my vamp is gonna get, baseline stun, disease, pbaoe, insta str/con debuff, charm.

1) you cant get cc spells so no stun
2) even if you can get a pbaoe spell you will have to go lvl 5 in it or your spell will suck....you cant be a jack of all trades.....m,ore than likely you will be a master of none so to speak.

the idea with champion levels if i understand correctly is to have all 5 lvl's in 1 criteria/area or maybe 2.

certain things like dd's become more powerful the more you pu in. at lvl 5 they are instant.

I want instant hotdog spell, so I can instantly cast a hotdog for me to eat. re-use timer set to 3 mins should do nicely lvl 5 for foot long hotdog

where are you reading this from ? Can't see any info on the herald ?
