champ lvl prob

ok i can get in to the throne room have spoken to the chamberlin but the king still want talk to me so i can't gain champ exp untill i have spoken to him but he keeps saying speak to the chamberlin.

i have started it fine on my sorc which is on the same account but haveing probs with my cleric any one else had this problem ?
