I've installed this on my webspace, configured the cgiirc.config and chmodded the .cgi files to 755 as required.
It seems to load the chat screens/console fine but it doesn't connect to a server (yes that's been changed in the config file).
Just shows me a layout and on the right it says: no channel.
I cant join any channels because it wont connect to the irc servers (i've tried a few)
anyone have experience with this and knows what could be wrong?
