Ceremonial Bracer?

Just got this activated today and plan on using it in my bard template, and just noticed it only lvl's off people from other realms. Vos say it lvl's of mobs in frontier during daytime ( on the pve server ) but no other info about what it lvl's of.
Can anyone enlighten me?
Does it as it says when i delve it "only" get exp from players? and if that is the case, how much rps would I need before this would be lvl 10 ? or is there some secret camp with lots of albs/mids to focus pull to lvl it besides amg/mmg in emain? =P

levels off rvr on normal servers, 1 mill rp grouped is what I've heard.

on my druid it got lvl 10 from 7l8 -->> 8l3 ~

50k per level in this patch: 500k from 0 to lvl10

Tart is about 100K to lvl 10.
No idea about Scalers.

dunno about tart, but scalars also lvl on mob in frontiers

scalars would be 3-5M rp or smth to lvl 10.

Nice to be on the PvP server for these things Battler level 10 in about 15k, Ceremonial Bracer to L5 in about 30k
