In the past days we heard some unpleasant comments about CLA groups attacking all possible enemies.

CLA is an old skool roleplaying guild. That means that we take DAOC rvr as a realm war. When we fight enemies and u see it happening, plz feel free to join the battle. And so will we when u are fighting for the realm.
We will never count the fighting side numbers to see if it is an even fight because, in our opinion, there is no such thing as a fair fight in a 3 party realm war game. Unless it is obvious that the hibs are winning the current fight we will always help our side without hesitating and we don't mind when others do so too.

If u want to duel without any risk of helping (and that counts for our own members that want to duel enemies too!) find urself a spot in the game where no one can bother u. Crau for instance is a major realm defense area. Duelling at such a spot is not a very good idea in our opinion...

We do not want to start another endless "add thread" with this post. We just want to be clear in how we play this game.

Last but not least... this statement does NOT include the Agramon area. CLA respects the 8 vs 8 fights in that part of the realm.

I never had any problems with CLA and I think they're amazing guys anyway ( I trust horlely to keep up the standards )

That non add policy is retarded, even on my soloing toons i have a /y don't add please macro but that doesn't mean i have the right to abuse em even if they do.

CLA are a nice bunch of lads (and lasses maybe )

And trust me on the fact that if you duel outside of the main war area they`ll leave you alone, and so will most others

yeah some guildis like to do that and if they are having fun that way in RVR, why judge them.

CLA might not have the greates GG groups, but we have our fun another way.

Lol I wouldnt worry about it - everyone has had to 'server some time' on that bridge at one stage or another .

Its hard for new 50's to go out and compete against a steam rolling rr 11 group and seen as you guys can be generous with your recruitment ..ye prolly have a lot of fresh low realm rank level 50s there and the only way to actually make a few rps is to check around the bridges for like minded people .

lol determine...you spend too much time around crau bridge urself...always rolling me or other soloers when you have the chance. Which is fine by me..but erhm..why whine on others when you have sort of the same playstyle?

i never had a problem with cla or any guilds tbh if it occured easy to take it to the gm tell em what happen try sort it out, bout the adding been soloing alot lately and i seen the adding policy have increased which makes it more challenging but also annoying i dont mind getting added on or for that sake i dont mind adding if that is the right person ;p i got standards but if people /yell help i will help

hehe...you dont need to do that m8 I dont judge people after how they play their character. besides that we had some good duels on my hero a few times Both killed the other etc. Just keep killing me when you see me, il try and get you down asap too, as sorcs around tend to kill you fast enough if you dont

Very good idea, almost. Thing is that people (not pointed at CLA) follow the soloers everywhere to constantly farm them for the RPs.

And yes I've had problems with CLA. Was in a group with one of them, we steamrolled a soloer (gotmagi), asked the group to leave him next time. And next time we saw him everyone let him live apart from the CLA guy, I said "Fine, I'm leaving.". Later on I got told I had been banned from the CLA grouplist or something, thanks god!

roleplayers are people who pretend to be ingame (or out ofc) Characters and take on a role. CLA are people who play for their own enjoyment not worrying what people think. cant say i agree with most of their playstyle but i dont pay thier subs so not much i can do or say about it.
