Whats the deal with the servers not accepting a blank cd key or something???
Does anyone know?
I thought this product was free

I have had that problem but i cant tell you how I fixed it coz I didnt. It just goes away. Play on servers that dont have punkbuster is what I did when that prob turns up.

I find it amusing that the splashdamage server doesnt have punkbuster on and theyre the people that helped make the game.

try deleting the etkey file in the etmain folder then connecting to the net, starting up ET, dropping the console and typing ...

\pb_cdkeyreg

or summat like that.
