A 'glen' is someone who resposts links/stories, or resurrects old links.

'I_am_Glen' started posting at the height of the glen stupidity, reposting links as soon as they were posted, and linking to well known favourites.

Therefore, pointing out that a link from him is old is akin to pointing out that a pencil is a device for drawing and writing with; ie that's exactly the point of it.
