I got a Q about the Catla's Downfall quest.
I have heard Rumours that the bracers can't be traded after next patch.
Can they be traded as it is now??

nope they can't.

Shield procs

Well as far as I know, reactive procs only work rvr and not pve. I havnt heard anything about mythic changing this but I am not sure at all. But many ppl like to just have a simple DD acative proc on their shield, though some fancy haste proc ect could alos work fine

I want a proccing bracelet, so i can use my Wonderwoman skillz. One could be DD, the other could be random dodgy stunt
