Swapping 2 items is a pain, once i hit rr4/9 on infy i will redo sc for +10 env with viper 5

An extra swap won't kill you.. Not having good stats does though

+3 envenom skill is very easy to fit, slow reinvenoming will kill you alot more that 5% to a secondary magic resist

Capping envenom decreases variation of dmg of the poison. Which can be a huge difference over time.

44 spear
43 OW
42 mend
7 shield
5 parry

Would like high str,dex and piety if possible

No point going 44 spear go 41 and higher parry

Went 44 spear for follow up the the 39 rear stun style not worried about parry will be running in a Guild gank group

Then go 48 ow instead, more useful and more dps from using windmill chain after backstun
