* this would give the ppl that do it , organize those events, a good tap on the shoulder and show that it is appreciated, sometimes the kkthxbyebye in game isn't that clear

*same add for the RVR side as PVE side, it could stimulate others in doing it as well.

What is hard is that many people will vote for those from OTHER realms who stick out due to deathspam, forum spam, or high RR. Easy, like everything else its a matter of opinion, who is the most helpful, dedicated and readily availible crafter, rather then the ones who just craft if and when they feel like it after you have begged them for a week.
