cata quests gone?!

recently got 2 chars to 48 and as usual toddled off down to catacombs, the one real use of the expansion, to quest to 50

low and behold i managed to find an almighty 5 quests or so? got about 7 bubs from all i could find?!

wheres the usual 10 or so killtasks from lower crypt gone?! has cata actually been "nerfed"? lolz- as silly as it sounds, this has genuinely annoyed me, fed up of ac pl grps and cata quests use to be solid way of going 48-50- have i just missed them or have lvl requirements been changed etc?

if they have been removed or lvl req changed, does DR offer similarly easy and numerous quests for similar xp?

ty for info- any tips on 48-50 would also be appreciated, ty

there are loads of quests in the kings chamber, not sure what level they are for tho.i got about 1.2lvls from catas quests.

gonna do lost treasure/malighant creatures/free the rogue next

then maybe some toa ones

they all still there m8 but the yellow quest rings have gone just go to the enternce and clcik on people and you get the quest and xp

ps dont forget losa quest good xp and nice necky reward (keep repating till you get necky )

that quest is prolly the best one in Catacombs, gives 1.5 bub of xp at lvl 49, really easy to do aswell.

And I think that some classes get more quests then others in Underground Forest, atleast it seems to be like that. I often save those quests until I've become lvl 49 as the xp from those quests are awesome.

You can get quests from the Albion Commander (or whatever rank he has) in Camelot, Castle Sauvage or in Cotswold. there are quests ranging from lvl 46-49 there. They are quite easy to do and gives really good xp too. Mostly you have to deliver or talk to an npc to recive the reward. A few of those means travelling into the frontiers but if you make em pretty early there's no risk in getting killed, or atleast really low risk.

Then there's always the killtask loot from SI mobs and from the bainshee lookalikes in Snowdonia.

Also, though the yellow rings have gone (til next patch which fixes them I think), the travellers in the Underground Forest and other catacombes zones will point you in the direction of the people giving out quests.

Buy/farm some xp items(drops that u can turn into an npc for xp) they give .10xp every item, its rly nice. For lvl 49 use 20 phoenix feathers and thats a 'free' 2 bubs (rly easy to farm).
