casting range items

hello, i currently have a template for my runie that includes zoarkat. I have all other items but cant seem to get zoarkat.

Do you know any necklaces, ring or bracers with castingrange. Mind, range to all, not only to undead or whatever.

Well atleast jacina's sash has.. also the new artifact gem we get with next patch has 2% - gem of lost memories.

the gem is in the template, since a whole lot of ppl in guild need the belt, i dont see me getting it fast allthough i might get encounter and buy it...
