Caster Mace?

I remember a VERY long time ago I was playing a character and was running in SP to find a caster use using a Mace. And since it was a Very long time ago ive forgotten which mob in SP drops this Mace that casters can equip? If any? Would appreciate it if someone knew which mob dropped it and if Wizards can use it (or if there is such a thing).

The fact that necros cannot use them suck (limited to classic casters), but at least my theurg looks foxy now
