Why oh why can't Clerics get those stats from GoV

Those stats and the ones on VoS are out of date. The cloth version of GoV also gets +melee damage and +style damage now for Heretics.

These stats are _not_ out of date. Just copied them off my caba's gov.

Because sometimes you run around and staff inferior opponents instead of lifetapping them.

specially when your oop, tarts/sash used, just been eoy'ed and you want to interupt casters.. xD
