Caster Artifacts

I am making templates for my Wizard and Theurgist. I will be playing them solo, and occassionally in a duo/trio.

What artifacts are absolute must haves and why?

So far, each has:

Cloudsong
GoV
Mad Scallars
Tartaros Gift
Eriny's Charm

The Theurgist also has Jacina's Sash.

Now, I have had an initial go at making a template for both, and have found that I can make a much better template if I drop JS and use Belt of Moirai instead. Otherwise I overcap the ToA bonuses (wasted util) and have to find stat caps from other sources.

Opinions?

Tablet of Atlantis or Eriny's Charm

Nice to have:
Foppish Sleeves
Tartaros gift
Bracelet of Zo'arkat

GoV - Just nice to have, good items.

MS - Ditto, nice items and good morph.

JS - Uber charge on it, and the 10 or 5% chance not to use power is pretty nice.

CTD - Nice Ring.

CB - IMO the charge is over rated, but can be nice if you get mezzed once, and then time to react and turn away etc, but stats are ok that.

Tablet of Atlantis - I personally love the morph on that, but it's always 1st target.

EC - Just nice util.

Foppish - Don't really know much about this arti tbh stats look ok though.

Tarts - Imo, its either Tarts or Champ weapon for the MCL2 charge on it.

Bracer of Zo'arkat - Nice stats etc again.

I would say it's like this:

You need Jacina's Sash and an artifact gem (EC or AT) to get 10% resist piercing, unless you want to use Traldor's Oracle.

You need to use Tartaro's Gift or your Champion Staff in order to get the MCL2 charge and the unrestricted spell damage bonus. (So you can't use TO.)

The rest of the caster artifacts are more or less optional, the above are the hard constraints (in my opinion, of course, it's all highly debatable).

Solosmolo, the only difference between solo and group RvR is u need more toys and better resists solo. RoD/SotG both have stealth detection, but hard to put in without gimping other sides of the template.

You need minimum 8 dmg bonus, and 10 resists pierce.

Dmg bonus:
Guard of valor, Nailah's robe, Gem of lost memories, the Champstaff and Tartaro's Gift.

Resist pierce:
Atlantis tablet, Eriny's charm, Jacina's sash and Traldor's oracle

Very limited as you can see, all these items use the same 4 slots so you are forced to use them to cap the basics.

Need to have:
Guard of Valor - Dmg bonus, you dont really have a choise .
Maddening Scalars - Cast speed / Cap increse and morph, must be 1 of the best caster items.
Jacina's Sash - Resist pierce / Powercharge / power proc
Crocodile Tear Ring - Resists galore, equals about 104 total util if you count the permanent dmg reduction.
Ceremonial Bracers - Stun/mezz return and cap increase
Tablet of Atlantis - Resist pierce / Shapechange or
Eriny's Charm - Resist pierce

Nice to have:
Foppish Sleeves - Cap increase
Tartaros gift - Dmg bonus, 1 more point than champstaff.
Bracelet of Zo'arkat - Fumble / Pet charge.
