your spells cast faster..period.whether they should or not according to xyz posters doesnt matter..they cast faster.

Dex above 385 does effect.. I mean honestly, look at Kesa as an examble if my casters aint good enough. I dont really see how it can even be descussed, since imho its rather easy to see the dif.

Afaik there has been a cast cap of 0.4 times the spells delve duration, this cant be broken, not even with TOA and a million dex.

Mythic say it exists (in many many grab bags).

Calculators say it exists (I trust them about as much as mythic tbh).

My testing from 6 months ago (and that of many other reputable people) show it exists exactly as the calcuators and mythic describe.

No caster could break the 0.4 limit. There was even a post in the rvr forums a few weeks ago where someone was complaining they had been nuked many times in a short space of time, this was discussed by many people from all realms and put down to lag of one type or another. https://forums.freddyshouse.com/showthread.php?t=173397&highlight=casting

As someone says there, if you doubt the casting cap, then all it would take is one small log to prove it.

Im not saying the cap is not there, but im saying you wont reach it with 385 dex then. Since everyone who´m tryed having about that, and then about 391 knows there is a difference.

Well if that is true then I would love to know what dex is requried to cap spells now.

As I said I did my testing a while ago, I tested aug3(386) vs aug5 and found it made no difference to me when I tested over a hundred nukes, several times.

Guess ill have to blow some RA respecs and find out whats changed.
