Encounters that are turnout dependant are yes you guessed it turn out dependant! we cannot afaik do these without a good few groups, however as you can see a few artifacts are also 'tank' & 'hybrid' artifacts so all classes are welcomed along on the raid as long as half the BG is not AFK.
