I am trying to find 3 120mm case fans but I’m having a hard time finding ones that state they have the RPM control wire as I want to plug them into my fan controller. So I was wondering to any of you know of any good near silent when low speed with good air flow at high speed 120mm case fans with the rpm control wire. I don’t want much :) the ones I have found that seem good do not mention the rpm wire so I do not know if it is a standard feature or not. It’s my first fan controller so i have no idea what is what.

Hard to say - speed control isn't done by the fan - usually by the motherboard regulating the voltage through the black and red wire, or in the case of some smartfans (like intel stock coolers) through the white wire on 4 pin connections but thats normally only CPU fans. Otherwise the 3rd cable (yellow) is a speed monitoring fan.

Silverstone and Papst fans are often the more highly regarded, however the Thermaltake 120's in mine are absoltely silent.
