[WITCH HUNTER] Career Tactic: Sanctified Bullets - Bugged ?

Good evening,

As a WH at rank 23 with 7 points spent in Confession, I should gain access to the tactic Sanctified Bullets. However, the tactic icon, for selection purposes, is nowhere to be found. Is is a mere passive "Blessed Bullets of Purity will now also heal for 50% of the dmg dealt" without the need to actually select a tactic and drag it onto your tactic setup?

Spend ya 8th point to "buy" tactic.

Elaborating on what Bob said, you need to actually click on the tactic Icon in the trainer window to purchase the ability. It costs another point.
