if you hit me without me being able to hit you via DD (los) or PBAOE (325 radius), you are exploiting when you hit me with caoe, or that is what i understand. How else can you hit me ?

This is the very same line of text that is associated with abusers who hit from inside bugged walls etc (inside milegate) and it does not specify that the person who you are attacking has to be able to hit you. Meaning that for example, you are nuking someone from a keep battlement, the person you are nuking can only hit you back with ranged attacks but not melee, which would mean you are abusing to that line of text "only one type of attack" but its not abuse because in _general_ you can be hit by melee, ranged attacks etc, only the person who you are attacking cannot do those.

So a bainshee CAOEing through a wall would not mean they are abusing because they can still be hit by all types of attacks in the game, just not by the people who he is attacking. Am I trying to defend bainshees? No, I'm just saying that the line posted by Sanya can be twisted around so that basicly everyone will be abusing according to it.

a ranger will in general be able to get hit by his target by means of dd or bolt (if in range) or archery itself.

the only way to hit back bianshee in a lot of circumstances would be to use COAE yourself which is impossible...

Basically everyone using GTAE, volley, siege equip etc. is exploiting then.

I insist on the "Get Down" statement. I think it sums-up everything. In fact, as they can't fix something on their own product, they should at least get rid of stairs, that way no one will be able to get on top of bridges or in mile gates etc. Also, they should flatten all the areas and get rid of LOS all together since they can't make it work properly.

Alternative #2: They should work more on Mrs Pacman!
