Weaponskill affects this balance as well.
And there are a few savages who have a little bit more ws compared to assasins.
And also evade above the cap matters when you have multiple attackers. And yes it's 360 degree as well.

Ok, perhaps someone who's good with numbers/game mechanics answer this one for me.

Savage getting dodger.

Does it make any difference with the best or second from best evade buff with the 50% evade hardcap and if so what level should it be taken to?

dex/quick effect evade aswell so it is hard to say.....kinda likeasking howmuch mastery of blocking/spec you need to get a 50% block %
