cant sleep... im suffering from insomnia.. like majorly
.. i feel trapped in my own head :( ..heh.. heavey stuff 4 4am..gonna go drink another beer in a bid to knock myself out...roll on number 11..

I know the feeling... sucks when u cant sleep... try less alcohol and more sports perhaps?
