what the cunting fuck

Clearly a female who has a personal hatred for the word, as some women do. My mum is a part time judge and said that's a load of shit.

Well if you can't you can't. Can't really help it. Afterall you can't substitute such a word with another to get the message through.

Well, technically, he's in trouble for threatening behaviour, rather than use of the c-word per se. Can't tell by looking at that article and the links off it what's actually going on tbh, although if some of the stuff on the Bexley Is Bonkers Site is true then those councillors need removing, but as I said, only one side of the story is available so I'm reserving judgement.

From the Fail which is the only newspaper than shows up in a News search. These two tweets make the guy a grade a cunt and I suppose if you are that councillor you might think the nut bag is stalking you but I am not sure it was worth the courts time tbh.

'Which c*** lives in a house like this. Answers on a postcard to #bexleycouncil.'

'It’s silly posting a picture of a house on Twitter without an address, that will come later. Please feel free to post actual shit.'

Doing a bit of digging and it seems that the guy posted a picture of some councillor's house, said "what cunt would live in a house like this?", and then (and here's what he's actually been done for) said "feel free to send actual shit". Its not clear from what I've read but it looks like he then posted the councillor's address. Look at it from that perspective and the use of the c-word is hardly the issue, but of course it generates more outrage.

Sounds about right, so in short he didnt get fucked over for calling someone a cunt but for basically being a massive cunt in general.

it seems he views the oblique of what he did as the reason he got in trouble, not the context leading up to his getting in hot water in the first place.

tbh I'm a bit confused: I'm not entirely sure this would happen (in Holland) the way it did in the UK. I'm not sure that saying something nasty, and posting someone's (freely available) address will result in the same punitive actions. I'll have to ask a mate.

Its not the nasty word, its not even the posting of the address (although you start to get on shaky ground there), its the incitement to post shit in his letterbox that crosses the line.

yes, I am aware of that though I did miss it out in my recap, sorry. anyway, I've asked my NL law savvy mate. I also felt kind of strange asking that, like I should have known the answer myself. d'you think people should know stuff like that?

CPS asking for 45 days per letter! He would probably get a shorter sentence for running over c*nt whilst pissed and found with a boot load of kiddie porn! They seriously need to take a look at the recommended sentences for many crimes in the UK.

There's no real clause of ignorance(as in how much of the law you should know, as per TdC asking) on the law in my opinion, common sense really should apply. "Should i rob this bank?" Probably not. "Should i drop my juicebox on the ground?" PRobably not again, but chances of getting sh*t for it are minimal. "Should i suggest to people to harass someone else?" Probably not again :p

certainly there is much common sense involved, but sadly not everyone's common sense is the same :)

I think its more a case he told people to post shit to that address tbh, think of it like this (just an example dont take seriously) if you posted someones address and told alot of people to send death threats to that house it'd be considered pretty stupid right? not as severe in this case I agree but the fact still remains he told people to send shit (literally) I mean what if someone actually did? and his kids opened or picked up whatever some sick fuck had sent?
