Can't login to RightNow

I can't login to RightNow on my account (and yes, I'm using my Game logon details, not my Account details). Can anyone suggest a contact E-mail address at Goa so I can have this fixed?

Do you have more than one account registered to that e-mail adress of yours? If so, log on to RightNow using the other accounts login and password.
