So we have a half a litre of coke.
In that half a litre we also have two shots of 40% alcohol.
Regular shots run at about 4cl.

So the alcohol amount of the 50cl of drink is 8cl, but it's 40% alcohol.

So 16% alcohol(of the 50cl), at 40%. I think :eek7:

That's where my brain starts to hurt, trying to figure out hoiw much 100% alcie is there

My math head is busted today.

If someone could just finish it and tell me how much alcohol units in a half a litre drink, of which 8cl is 40% alcohol, i'd appreciate it.

500 ml
+40 ml
+40 ml

= 580 ml total

40% of 40 ml = 16 ml (*2) = 32 ml

so 580 ml contain 32 ml alcohol

100/580*32 = 5,517

Ah sorry, must've been a bit unclear. Meant that the 8cl is in the 50cl, so it's 8+42.

But thanks for the formula still :D

Knew it was simple as sh*t :(
