Cant create a new game account

I have a problem with that thingy that lets you buy a new game account,i get right to the bit were it validates the card details then it says the transaction has been refused, yet it works fine when renewing my subs.... is the service messed up at the mo or something?

Very possibly. It seens a fair few people are unable to pay and keep getting payment failure. When it renewed succesfully, I take that it was automatic, or did you do it manually?
I wish they would hurry up and get it fixed, it's been this way for a while now.

Well, got a v similar issue. System won't let me renew my subs. Keep getting " my transaction has been refused.. etc . YOu will receive an Email from ..... in 20 minutes ...etc" . This Email gives u an hyperlink to click on. U click on it and that jams ur account for good....
Also, My Visa cards are abso fine.. checked with bank... don't know what's going on really. I have contacted GOA on their Subscription Email.. but no reply so far.
