can't connect

It's amazing, after every patch i'm having problem reconnecting, i downloaded the patch and was rdy to continure in my fins grp on the way to 50, but then i get to the game, select the char and then it boots me back to windows!!! damn!!
i hate these fuckin stupid problems.

When I try to enter the game after patching to 1.54, I crash back to desktop, why?

Answer
There is a missing file on our patcher currently, causing some players to have problems connecting to the game. To fix this, follow the following:

1) Download the file buttons2.zip (linked in this FAQ) and save it in your c:/mythic/camelot/data folder (by default)
2) Unzip the file in the directory, this will put a file called 'buttons2.bmp' in your c:/mythic/camelot/data (by default)
3) Run the game normally.

If you still have problem after doing this:
- Be sure that the file in your c:/mythic/camelot/data/ directory (by default) is called buttons2.bmp and not buttons2[1].bmp. Rename it if needed.
- 'ask a question' to our CSR team.
