Can't accsess my account trough FTP

When I'm trying to logon my FTP account, it just says "unable to logon" and prompts me for username and password(I know theese are correct) Here is the specifications in my FTP prog(cuteFTP):
host: hosted.barrysworld.net
user: gameuniverse
pass: *****
port: 21

Is theese setting correct? Have I done something wrong?
