No Jewelcraft hasn't been implimented into the game nor have we heard of any plans to do so.

Nope u cant at present, like the GM said above, it has not even been mentioned on Herald. So not for a while i would guess, if at all.

If jewel craft is not going to be implemented, why am I having to spend so much time levelling up in Spellcrafting? As I am levelling in Evocation, I also have to level in jewel craft even though I won't use it!

Every tradeskill has at least one secondary skill that goes along with it and with Evocation it's gemcraft, it isn't like you spend massive amounts of time skilling on it seperately as it stays roughly at the same level as your spellcrafting (less a point or two) by training on the same things.

Mythic should start to put in some more options when it comes to crafting. Should be able to craft like +caps and so on. Also belts, rings too of course.
