Can tooltips be disabled ?

I find them very annoying

Cant find any 'disable tooltips' button in options menu.
Did I miss something ?

Huh? why in earth you would want them disabled? anyway have u checked from options in character selection screen?

because on the whole they are a useless distraction, though the time remaining until reuse is pretty nice for warlord stuff as some of it bugs and looks as though its always up.

Matter of personal taste - I find it useful feature. Thou I would have wished it would have shown also the quality of the item in the tooltip once hovering cursor over item in one's inventory. Would have been pretty useful feature say for a crafter.

download and install www.derida.de ... then go through the ModSetup.exe and at the very last page.. you have "enable tooltips"..

I quite like it, really nice that it shows the reuse timer on abilities instead of having to click the ability to check.

Also nice seeing when nasty effects like debuffs and dots run out too, like getting hit by a warlock DoT, can I surive the full effect thats remaining or shall I purge?

Not to keen on it popping up on things I no about tho, like stuff in my inventory and equiped, I know what my battler is! I spent ages getting it so I should know what it is by now!
