camp bonus is now bugged on camlann

One of the nice compensation features we should get was a raised camp-bonus.

But if you go out to frontiers and start to farm mobs at a lonely spot ... there is no campbonus anymore.

Some camp-bonus-xp cap seems to stop it from being applied, so actually the new raised camp bonus is slowing xping down.

Requiel or the other GOA-Admins ..take back that raised campbonus, please!
XPing was pretty nice before you tried to compensate us.

By the way, Requiel, can you please check the bonuses inside the Catacombs dungeons ? it's seem not to be affected by the population bonus.
