He's just con artist. It might have started off with pure intentions of releasing a game but overtime he got greedy and just wants to license their engine off to people, we've basically funded an engine for them with all the donations. I suspect that's why Andrew Meeks left ages ago and ghosted Marc Jacobs when he said good bye to all the staff at the place, he named everyone except Marc Jacobs.


Seems delusional though, who on earth is going to buy that engine? it's an absolute mess.

It sounds as though they released, not because of us pesky backers, but because actual investors are swimming about, and this ticks off a "product delivered" box.

Absolutely shameful that this is what they have to show, after at least 13 years of development, that's when they had $50 out of me, at least.

My dumb ass just couldn't not buy this to see how bad it is. As much as it hurts giving Marc Jacobs even a fraction of £9.09, if it provides even a fraction of the fun I had with DAoC then I think I can consider myself happy haha.

I dunno mate, I've had a few chats with people in game talking shit about the game and Jacobs, there's something cathartic about that! Maybe not worth 9 quid like, but it's something.
