way i got round it? suck it up and get a promotion to writing emails / escalation stuff, and you don't get throat raped as much
other than that, i found saying the SAME word and sentences killed my 'voice', too repetitive, i used to drink a ton of cold water, lockets are a life saver and gum. hot drinks are good toooooo
