Ok people are talking about having a calendar we now have 3 to chose from

Which one would peeps prefer to use?

other two look and work well but if the player leaves so could the calendra

Can allow DAOC users to post their own events and edit their own events. Mods to edit/delete others. Just need Jupitus or Deebs to push some buttons if its not already setup that way

This is a test if it works ill goto professional hosting. a friend of mine has a hosting business, i can put up smthn like : www.albionevents.com

im working on shaping the calender to my taste ;P

have but my own in and the other raids i repting raid to do stellers dragon raid and it looks like it works, just hope albs start using it

All are good. Necro's would be my first choice, because of the instant overview.

Sparx gives a good indication what there is to do, but would be nice if you could put somewhere in sight what time-zone the times are in.

FH gives a good date overview, but you have to actually click for details.

a Weekly view

a monthly view

i use monthly view as you can see if there something planned when planning a raid at a quick glace

Freddys house..

Not because it's the best necessarily, but because having a calendar offsite will have a much harder time getting initial traffic.
These things only work if people actually go to them. A link on the FH front page to click to get to it is much more likely to be visited than having to bookmark a seperate site, no matter how great it is.
It's also got a mod base that can maintain it.. the others are all subject to the creator wanting to keep it running.
