Ok the big day was here we got BG's!

Well nice i though i had leveld my SB the day before so i could check it out... When i got to thidranki i was very pleased there were alot of fights so it was fun....
I stayed there as long as i could but i got bored after a wile (mostly coz i killed lother to much =P j/k m8) so i leveld to 29 and i hoped there would be some action in BG 2 but no not 1 singel soul was there exept me and the guards.... Well BG 3 gotta be full with ppl coz 2 is all empty...
When i got there NO ONE, NOTHING! Why? Why is this? Its not that fun to kill mobs all day and all night level up your chars and come there so we can get some action, or if u have a char between 30-35 just go there and we'll kill each other....

They were just as full in the first few days but once the initial excitement was over, there just arent enough people who can be bothered. Anyway they arent completely empty, at peak time there is usually the odd enemy, more often than not they are stealthed, making it even less likely that you'll find each other.

Basically if you want a BG char, make it lvl24 and keep it there, if you want one that can go on to take part in RvR then ignore the next to BG's. Our server just isnt big enough to have enough people always wanting to play in the BG's.

yep missing hit it right on the head, the only times I actually see people in cale now is on sundays, any other time it's just a lone stealther or archer, make another SB and go to the 20-24 BG, I know I'm making another hunter just to do some more RvR

Sad Truth

You're dam right Kedaran, there are not enough peeps on Cal to have real fun.
No clue why that is so, as I like this BG and PVP there used to be fun the first two nights when enough people were on.
Now it's down to a trickle, and most people in Cal are stealthers waiting for a loner (like me).
Interestingly there are always a few Middies, but they log in pretty late (after 2200 CET normally), while we have some Hibs (groups of three or four people aside the usual stealthers) betwen 2000 CET and 2200 CET.
The less people go to Cal, the less people are interested in Cal. If one realm is totally absent like Albion now, the others stay away too.
It's necessary people go to Cal, and the keep gets attacked from time to time. Whenever we're a few Hibs and no enemies and we send messages to all other 30-35 level players all we hear is: "nice idea about that raid but maybe next time". Next time is never never day though.
Pity. C'mon people, relax from the exp treadmill and make Cal a lively place again!

Tried checking up on the BGS with my scout after patch, not much ppl, so I went to Thidranki with my infilt instead, GREAT fun, hibs, mids, albs... was perfect.

Went into Murd and Cale a few days later, completly empty, walked around all of the map, not a soul

Today tho when i did a /who cale and found a few albs i went there to check what was up, and since we got the keep now due to some silly hibs i figured someone had to be there making a mess.

Anyway, so I got there, went inside the keep, found the 3 albs there, repairing the doors since the hibs just them out to let us in.

Everything was calm, they told me to check for hibs, i went up, not a single one, reported, they replied "none??" and i went round another time .. and there they were, ... must have been bout 15-20 hibs the first time round that were there beating on our door.

A few kills later they retreated down to the beach, where both men in arms and some mids joined the party, while i stood at a safe distance shooting some bootys

Did get 60 rp for some fellow there, most gave just 2-15 :/ guess 14 is a standard number? lots that gave that.

1 hour later and like 4-5 small hib/mid groups later it was all quiet, was bout midnight i reckon...

Great fun while it lasted... and as dead as ever, hope hib/mid decide to take the keep back, could be some higher level fun there!

Take care hibs/mids, and fellow albs.

Do visit more often! there ARE other things but XP you know

And yes, now when we have the keep I will check up and take a tour of the place to see if there's anyone around, since you got a centerplace to log at

Nice D-Fence there farsight, we were 1 step before we take that door down but those stupid Mids ruined all the work we had made till this time. You and the pbAoEr surprised us but next time we will much better prepared, so don't sleep at nights cause hibs will be somewhere around!

Some did leave huh? You seemed to be alot fewer after the mids had squashed you

Taraldarion, after 2 attempts to take the keep and the mids jumped us from behind we just decided to screw the keep and kill mids instead, and sure did we kick their asses

i`d liek to suggest we get our act together Albs and make an attempt on the keep. i`ll see about arranging a ram or 2 if anyone is interested?
