Cached Emails

I have installed Outlook on my Pc and its downloaded a LOAD of emails that I had deleted from my Gmail account or so I thought so.

It keeps downloading cached emails.

What are they and how do I stop it

Try... right-clicking the email, select delete. Look for a button labeled Purge on the toolbar. Push it.

That's all I have.

Log in to your gmail account through the site and go to the settings > pop settings. Set it to be pop from all emails from now on, rather than all emails fullstop. That might sort it.
