Cabby/Necro stealthnerf in 1.70.

Anyone confirm this?

Heard from a good friend that in 1.70 mobs will treat pets like groupmembers, thus, instead of pulling all mobs (such as Pygmy Goblins) with the pet and them going for the pet they will go for the groupmembers now also.

Pretty gutted if it's true, trying to think up of some ways to work around it if it's true.

Well brother been talking about it so long now it must be true. With necro its just aoe debuff but no idea how can cabby handle it.

So yes it will get nerf meaning some of the mobs will agro other group members.

The whole point of pet getting all mobs is was to gather them to AE dot them all at once.

"aoe dot faster?" doesn't really work if you have to do it 13 times in salvos of 3 pygmys :/

It does nothing really if you're willing to group the alts mid pull or just AOE con debuff them all (Necro wise). Cabalists are kinda fucked yeah

Which means they haven't fixed the "passive, in combat but no combat timer for owner" stuff for pets then?

If it's a 'nerf' to focus-like pulling, then it's great news
Kinda fed-up with all the PL-come-afk-icba-that goes on

Would just seem to be better AI control of the mobs...they can;t be so dumb that they go for 1 attacker. The only group members that should be immune to immediate attack are those stealthed - i.e. setting-up for PA/BS....gah! remember days when mobs would 'see' stealthers stealthed...bit annoying

The change you have mentioned is real, it has been discussed on the cabalist.org forums for a while, so yes as soon as you <atm that is> send your pet with focus sheild <or on passive to group mobs up> u get aggro, xx amount of mobs will come directly for you... not really sure what mythic hope to achieve by this, if its to nullify AOE DOT (Power levelling) then im fine with that, but for the soloer this isnt really fair... not really sure what the alternative is, other than for the AOE DOT method is to find a partner with AOE Root and let him do hie bit first...
