Cababalists in RvR.

Cabalists are best with tri-spec in 90% of situations. Blue NS increases your utility in a group massively. 30% Debuff is easily enough if you have assisting lifetappers. With Passive RAs such as MoM and WP your damage will be good and when you get them to level4/5 it will be excellent.
My Cabalist at RR7L8 has Aug Dex3, BAoD3 (groupability goes through the roof with this IMO), MoM3, WP3. In FG vs FG I really strongly dislike MoC on a Cabalist and Purge is generally unncessecary IMO.

full spirit is best imho, unless you are 2 caba in grp trispec aint worth it. you can have disease anyway and NS is overrated since it gets instacured vs all good grps. you can even get first NS if you only want it for interupts purpose. but red debuff <3 <3 <3

Is it for group or solo Daewin?
Anyway, with spirit spec you loose the better chance of actually landing NS or disease, specially at low realm rank as other realm abilities has higher priority than mastery of focus. Tri spec you have better NS and better aoe disease and therefor a better chance of landing them, but will still get resisted a fair bit.
Imo go 28 body 46 spirit or 25 body 46 spirit 13 matter for the first NS, at lvl 11, for range interupt. Keep that spec untill you have your basic needs, ei. aug dex, mom, wp etc and than go tri spec with mof 2 or 3 so your NS, aoe disease and aoe speed decreased for that matter, has a very good chance of landing everytime, plus you dont have to spam them as many tent to do with a low level spell <including myself before i knew about the above>.
But as said before, its how you fancy playing the caba and not others. Still, there has been some good pow´s in this threads, for both specs, thats worth considering, no matter what you decide.
