Do you remember how great the c64 music was? I can remember loading up some shite games just to hear the loading tunes(Sanxion, Mega Apocalypse), does anyone know where I could download any of the music from the c64?

Man, this is bringing back really old fond memorys of my childhood.

These days games are more about graphics and sadly it is quantity and not quality :( (the odd few that come out are good though i think)

Might have to dust a few old consoles and that off and play on them again :)

See, I always think this, then I end up getting the old consoles/computers out and 95% of the games end up being utter shit

I found my Megadrive and started playing through flashback on it... I haven't played it for about 2 weeks, however i'm at the start of the level that i could never get past when i played it originally...

Certainly enjoyable :)

the ocean loading music was beyond class, from games such as batman the movie etc.

I personally preferred the SNES but one game I remember on the MD was Story Of Thor, that was a good game and I remember it had sexy gfx as well.

Im a saddo when it comes to gaming OST's

Metal Gear Solid is by far the best, shame MGS2 didnt live up to the first one.

I always like the music of the Sonic games, esspecially 2.

Regular place i visit for game OST's is www.gamingforce.com
They got a forum there which aint bad, recommend braodband. Username there is Ikon

Ahh, Ocean. Crap games yet the company could somehow afford to buy all the big movie licenses like Batman, Hudson Hawk (heh heh), Transformers, Rambo, Miami Vice. Not forgetting Street Hawk and Knight Rider.

Actually, Batman was quite good.
