C&C 3 is great!

Just played the demo, i love it! I've played all games in this serie. I like this kind of games and have been waiting for the 3rd for ages. Today, i downloaded the demo (i can't belive i've missed that is has been released for weeks). Awesome gfx, awesome feeling (as usual) and best of all - it runs smoothly on a poor computer with high gfx detailes.

What's new in this game is a third "realm". GDI, NOD and now some alien race (the Scrins). Looks similar to StarCraft/Starship Troopers aliens in some ways. Anyways, well worth having a look at...

Played it a bit and its really nice but i really hope they do a better zoom out for the final release much like in Supreme Commander and navigating around the map in that is a lot better than C&C3 atm.

Totally agree bonehead played the demo and I was very impressed with it.. they even made the AI alot harder so its actually playable offline now if you can be arsed (i love playing against computer sometimes kills ALOT of time just messing around) definately going to buy this one.

i think thats the only thing Supreme commander has betetr then CC, thats the satelite vieuw. U didnt had it really in CC2. so i wont miss it in CC3.
I have high hopes for CC3 just like the previous games.

actually the "Scrin" have been present during the entire game series. Its just the first game in which they are playable

No GDI abandoned the walkers in favor of tanks except for the juggernaut artillery walker from the tib sun expansion pack, the mammoth mark 3 is in the style of the first mammoth, tho it can but upgraded with railguns, nod have a walker tho that can rip weapons off friendly units and add them to its arsenal

as for the ghoststalker, no hes not around but there is ofc a commando, and GDI have "zone troopers" who are infantry with power Armour, jump jets and railgun rifles (they own)

A lot of the technology seems less advanced, but if you look closely you can see that its mostly still all there

I loved the demo, but atm im losing myself in the awesome company of heroes

* The Banshee, the Brotherhood of Nod's bombing aircraft in Tiberian Sun.
* The crashed spacecraft, found in early missions of Tiberian Sun, as stated above. A few FMV cut scenes mention it and show the interior of the craft. This craft is one of the largest, if not the largest to appear in the entire series.
* A crash landed flying saucer, found in Renegade, surrounded by Nod personnel.
* An alien object located on a plateau in Command & Conquer in the final GDI Mission.
